Shalom and Welcome to Beit HaTorah

Please go to the Africa page and find out what’s happening in Rwanda.

Beit Ha Torah literally means “House of Torah.” “Torah” translates to “teaching, instruction, law.” It is derived from the Hebrew root “ירה” (yarah), meaning “to throw” or “to shoot” as in to hit the mark, and “to instruct and teach.”

Torah is the first five books of the Bible, which reveals G-d’s intention in creation for relationship between Himself and man, and between man and man, and man and the rest of creation.

Torah embodies the wisdom, knowledge and understanding necessary for establishing the framework to conduct our lives and spiritual efforts, thus enabling us to grasp our role as divine beings. Living according to these divine precepts develops our character and illuminates the path, assuring our arrival at the final destination, which is to be conformed into the image of Messiah Yeshua. He being the Living Torah.
